Used as standard across the menu flavours and included as the default filling for Amy's cakes.
Swiss Meringue Buttercream
Available as an upgrade for a softer, more delicate texture with a less sweet finish, and it can be flavoured in the same way as American buttercream.
Chocolate Ganache
Also available as an upgrade for a richer chocolate finish, and it can be flavoured as required during the initial enquiry.
